About Karl
Karl Halteman is the Chief Financial Officer for Acumetis. He is a seasoned financial executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in private equity–backed companies, including nearly a decade as principal financial officer. He has guided organizations through transformative growth, complex mergers and acquisitions, ERP implementations, and a highly successful private equity exit. Having just moved over from being CFO of JSI, a $155M telecom consulting and engineering firm, Karl has previously held CFO roles at ReSource Pro, where he oversaw revenue growth from $75M to $250M and led eight acquisitions, and at GENEWIZ, where he advanced global finance operations and investor relations. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance positions in the contract research industry.
Karl holds a BS in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Syracuse University and an MBA from New York University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
