Chris Grimes-Crompton

Chris Grimes-Crompton brings over 30 years of life science experience. He has held executive roles across the pharmaceutical, biotech and medtech industries, including business development and working with investors. Chris primarily focuses on supporting organisations to demonstrate the value of their assets and navigate their path to market, applying his industry experience and insight gained supporting numerous companies on their Go-to-Market journey. Chris has supported numerous commercial buildouts and capability growth initiatives from early-phase development through to commercialisation, including indication prioritisation, pricing, country sequencing, early access and all aspects of Market Access.

Chris offers broad therapeutic expertise from pre-clinical through to patent loss. An accomplished leader, Chris has built and directed cross-functional, multi-country teams; managed P&L, driven corporate strategy, asset strategy and execution across organisations ranging from large multinationals to resource-constrained start-ups. Chris was part of the leadership team at Decisive Consulting, now a part of Acumetis, that was acquired in 2025 and is now a partner in the Acumetis Global Value & Access practice.
