Alison Lawrence

Ali Lawrence began her career as a specialist oncology pharmacist within the NHS in the UK, and has been working in pharmaceutical consulting since 2001, focusing on market access, clinical, and medical services. Her experience spans the UK, Europe, US, and global markets. She excels in communicating value, particularly in payer engagement at both national and sub-national levels. Ali helps clients prepare the clinical environment for new product launches and optimize reimbursement negotiations. As an experienced chair and facilitator, she conducts in-depth interviews with payers, key opinion leaders, and healthcare professionals across all regions. Ali also has a strong interest in training; her recent work includes designing and developing a market access training course, as well as extensive eLearning modules for internal client alignment.
