He brings extensive expertise from global, regional, and country-level operational and commercial strategy positions, complemented by a wealth of functional leadership spanning Market Access, Corporate Affairs, BD&L (Buy & Sell), and operations, including start-up environments.

Chris has led numerous commercial buildouts and capability growth initiatives from early-phase development through launch planning, product launch, market development, and strategic realignment. He has a broad business transformation background, including commercial-to-clinical transitions, franchise evolution, organizational upsizing or restructuring, and outsourcing.

Chris offers broad therapeutic expertise—from pre-clinical and patent experience to rare disease and primary care—covering key areas such as indication and portfolio prioritization, market potential assessment, and full resource planning.

An accomplished leader, Chris has built and directed cross-functional, multi-country teams; managed P&L; and driven brand strategy, brand planning, competitive strategy, forecasting model development, and omnichannel execution across organizations ranging from large multinationals to resource-constrained start-ups.
