Lisa is responsible for strategic support, overseeing project strategy, direction and quality. She has extensive experience in HEOR consulting, leading the strategy, planning and execution of a range of global multi-disciplinary programmes, from early HEOR and HTA landscaping to global reimbursement programmes and UK&I HTA submissions. Lisa has considerable UK&I HTA experience, having positively influenced over 100 submissions, including NICE STAs, FTAs, HSTs and MTAs, across a wide range of therapy areas and product types, from gene therapies and immunotherapies to targeted and ultra-orphan therapies.
She has partnered with clients to tackle complex challenges and optimise product strategies across diverse disease areas, addressing considerations such as rapidly changing treatment landscapes, rare disease settings, reimbursement for innovative therapies, single-arm trials, synthetic control arms and competitive reimbursement approaches. Critique, curiosity, question and challenge are key to Lisa’s approach.
Prior to joining Acumetis, Lisa built and led a cohesive, high-performing team of strategic leaders with diverse HEOR expertise, delivering project strategy, client partnership and operational project execution.
