Rachel Sosalski is a Principal within the Commercial Strategy practice at Acumetis. With nearly 20 years of experience, Rachel leverages her diverse background across various segments of the industry including Global Marketing, Channel, Trade & Distribution, Managed Markets, HCP & Patient Marketing, as well as Omnichannel excellence to help clients challenge assumptions, uncover new opportunities and make confident decisions in complex environments. Her therapeutic area expertise spans metabolics, CNS, oncology, dermatology, respiratory, vaccines, urology & women’s health. From her experience working at creative agencies, pharmaceutical brand leadership and now consulting, she brings a distinctive perspective that bridges strategy, execution and stakeholder engagement. Having sat on multiple sides of the table, she understands how ideas are developed, how decisions are made and what it takes to translate strategy into meaningful business and patient impact.

Rachel believes that the strongest solutions emerge from deep client partnerships and a genuine understanding of the people, organizations and patients affected by strategic decisions. Driven by intellectual curiosity, she enjoys exploring emerging trends, questioning assumptions and helping clients translate uncertainty into opportunity. She is known for bringing together cross-functional teams to engage in candid conversations which help leadership teams identify blind spots, align priorities and make more informed strategic decisions.

Rachel is currently pursuing her EMBA at Temple University, Fox School of Business.
