Who You’ll Meet
Santosh Naik – Partner and Practice Lead, Launch Excellence
Santosh Naik is a Partner at Acumetis, where he leads the Launch Excellence practice and serves on the Executive Leadership Team. With 15+ years of experience across strategy consulting and product development, he specializes in go-to-market strategy, launch excellence, and execution.
At Acumetis, Santosh has advised on 50+ product launches across oncology, rare disease, CNS, cardiometabolic, vaccines, and immunology, including supporting more than 10 biotech companies launching their first asset. His experience also spans brand strategy, large-scale transformation, brand turnaround, and patient services for global pharmaceutical and biotech organizations.
Everett Lozzi – Principal, Launch Excellence
Everett brings experience addressing complex commercialization challenges and optimizing product performance across a wide range of therapeutic areas, including neurology, psychiatry, ophthalmology, nephrology, dermatology, oncology, and rare disease. He takes a collaborative approach, applying insightful analysis and compelling storytelling to support teams in defining their strategic goals and developing achievable solutions.
Everett’s project portfolio encompasses a blend of global and US launch strategy development, launch process enhancements, market access strategy, and operations support, and initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness and in-line product acceleration. In aggregate, Everett has successfully supported launch planning and/or execution for over 20 assets.
